The Questions That Matter
Tuesday Feb 16, 2021
Tuesday Feb 16, 2021
So often, as athletes, we're quick to jump to the prescriptive aspects of defining and reaching our goals ie. workouts and training. Taylor realized that when the TEC team discussed how they were helping their athletes reach their full potential, they weren't talking about workouts. This episode is based on those observations and the five questions that matter most before you start executing your training.
The Five Questions That Matter
- What does your team need to look like?
- What does your roadmap need to look like?
- What skills and strengths do you need in order to execute on that roadmap?
- How will you define success and failure?
- Do questions 1-4 add value to your life and make you happy?
